definitely portraits & realism are 1 of my fav styles of tattooing. its either a hit or a miss, theres no in between. black & grey portraits to me are timeless, they age so well and honestly get better and better as time passes. Realism is 1 of those chapters that separates artist and they're abilities. Portraits and other realism are not for beginners & weakly skilled artist........ theres no imagination involved in doin a good portrait, nor any cheap how-to tricks,, the probability is if they cant draw a sick realistic portrait with pencil, pen or paint,,, it aint happenin on the skin successfully. its straight observation and rendering.
