Heres a look back at 1 of my fav full- backpieces ive ever done. Back in 2009 when Amanda 1st approached me with the idea of this piece i had no idea or expectation of it ending up the way it did as far as size and depth. Honestly i sent her home to think about it more because she wasnt sure on how exactly she wanted it, and i wasnt sure if she was gonna be able to handle that amount of ink because all she had was a panda bear tattoo that was the size of a quarter. kool thing is she didnt take me the wrong way nor did i detour her from getting the ink she had sought me out to do. I really think she came back the next day or so and there we began. The timing on this piece was between the months of march and october & we would work on it 3-5hrs at a time. Its funny how things bring people together, before the art Amanda and I had several mutual friends, now amanda & her son christian are like family around the shop now, we"ve been to tattoo conventions with her art, all the way down to carshows, photoshoots & kids bday parties together lol. Although shes side lined with maturnity and has been out the tattoo chair for over 2yrs now, she still manages to pass thru the shop and cut up with us like only my customers can lmfao!!!! hope u enjoy the pics
